At AMSALE, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that evening wear must have all original tags attached and bridal collection items may be subject to specific final sale terms.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garment.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our atelier inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
